MyChart is a secure, online health management tool that connects Brain Center patients to portions of their electronic medical record, 24/7, allowing you to:

No. All you need is access to a computer or smart phone, an email account, and an Internet connection. You may also use your Apple watch.
MyChart account will be established once you complete the online activation steps.
No. There is no charge. MyChart and the MyChart Mobile App are offered complimentary to Brain Center patients.
The next time you visit the Brain Center, ask your patient service representative at the front desk to generate a one time-use Activation Code for your personal MyChart account.
Click the “Sign Up For MyChart” button above, and complete the online MyChart sign-up form by entering the requested information. (Please note that the information you provide is confidential and it will be processed through our secure website).
Your information will be verified; then a special, one-time-use MyChart Activation Code will be sent to you via e-mail. Once you receive your one-time-use Activation Code, please use it to activate your MyChart Account.
You will not need to use this code after you complete the signup process. If you do not have an activation code, please request one by clicking on the Request Activation Code Online button.
Your Brain Center Medical Record Number can be found on an appointment reminder or an after-visit summary.
Yes. MyChart can also be used by caregivers with court-appointed guardianship of dependent adults to access portions of the medical record of their loved ones.
In addition, adults can provide legal authorization that will enable their family members or caregivers to manage their healthcare online through MyChart.
Caregivers will have the same convenient, 24-hour online access to medical information and health management services.

Most test results are automatically released to MyChart. It may take several days or even weeks for certain tests to be completed and reported. If you feel that your test results should be available, but you don’t see them in MyChart, it is best to call our office.
The Message My Doctor’s Office feature enables you to send a secure message regarding a non-urgent medical concern to your established provider’s office and receive a response from the healthcare team within three business days. An established provider is one you have seen within the last three years.
When your provider releases test results, a message may be included with your results to help you better understand the significance of the information you receive. Your neurologist may also send you secure messages through your MyChart account.
MyChart will never send personal health information via email; however, you will receive an email notification to alert you when there is new information to be viewed in your secure MyChart account.
All you need to have is an internet connection and an internet browser to sign in through the secure MyChart link.
Download the MyChart app on your iPhone or Android mobile device. Once you have activated your MyChart account, you can upload the app by searching for “MyChart” in the App Store or Google Play on your mobile device.
