Brain Center is pleased to announce the addition of Jose Luis Gonzalez, MD, Neurologist and Multiple Sclerosis Specialist to its clinical team.
A native of Miami, Dr. Gonzalez received his bachelor’s degree in Neuroscience from Johns Hopkins University with general and departmental honors. He then proceeded to the Yale University School of Medicine for his Medical Doctor degree and subsequently, returned to Miami to complete his internal medicine internship and Neurology residency with University of Miami Jackson Memorial Hospital. He completed his Multiple Sclerosis fellowship at UM Jackson Memorial Hospital and received an Excellence Award in teaching medical students as a Fellow.
Trained by the leading Multiple Sclerosis Specialists at UM, Dr. Gonzalez is at the vanguard of his field, and represents the new generation of healthcare providers focused on achieving the best possible outcomes for their patients.
