Lillian Rivera, RN, MSN, PhD currently serves as Administrator/Health Officer of the Florida Department of Health in Miami-Dade County, where she is responsible for the oversight and supervision of public health programs. Dr. Rivera has previously served as Deputy State Health Officer with the Florida Department of Health in Tallahassee, as well as Executive Community Health Nursing Director for the Florida Department of Health in Miami-Dade County, where she was responsible for public health nursing and co-administration of the daily operations of the Department.
