Sulay is a passionate patient advocate and brings an abundance of acumen in patient care experience.

As our Patient Access Specialist, Sulay coordinates patient visits, maximizes utilization of physician templates, verifies insurances, and assist patients in obtaining referrals.

Before joining the Brain Center, Sulay was the Supervisor for the HIV Special Immunology Clinic at the University of Miami Miller School of Medicine. She oversaw and managed over 34 clinics and spent 10 years working with several organizations to provide value-based HIV primary and specialty care. Sulay holds an Associate Degree in Psychology and is fluent in English and Spanish.
