MS Circle/Stress Reduction Series: Yoga Nidra

During today’s MS Circle, you will experience a guided relaxation called yoga nidra, which can take you even deeper than a full night’s sleep! Binaural beats, which are scientifically proven to entrain the brain into deeper states
of relaxation, will also play throughout the class.
