 In Press Releases

Park Optimists Miami (POM) has joined the Brain Center to form the most comprehensive support program in South Florida for patients and caregivers of those impacted by Parkinson’s disease.

Founded in 1993, POM began as a group providing information, support and activities for people in Miami living with Parkinson’s disease. By becoming a program of the Brain Center, POM will continue to expand and offer exercise and wellness workshops, educational and support programs for patients and caregivers. Additionally, all POM participants will now have access to the entire
Brain Center comprehensive care clinical team and support platform.
